I saw an advert on the internet for discount holidays in the usa in orlando and fort lauderdale and 2-2day tickets to universal theme park or 7 day car rental. Then i forgot all about it then out of the blue i got a phone call from them they talked so fast i was lost they asked for my card details which i gave them and told them not to take the money which they did on the 25th sept. I received details on the 18-10-08 which i returned the same day which they received on the thurs 23-10-08. I have made several phone calls and the reply was the tickets had been cancelled then i had two emails one saying that the money would be in my account soon the last one dated the 2-11-08 saying any day now which has not happened. I am 67 only my pension to live on no savings am deep in debt dont know how much longer i can keep going
