I rented the apartment when i walked in i couldnt believe it was such a Shamble. The lamps were broken, the ice box was broken it didnt work, there wasnt any dishes to cook with or eat out of. The balcony door was broken you couldnt go out side. I went to the office and ask Barry what in the world was wrong this place he said he knew all about it. He said to go look at some rooms on the 5th floor, if i liked it for the trouble id had with the apartment it wouldnt cost me no more to get the room, and he would talk to Monty about it too they would talk to me the next morning. They never got back with me, the 1st day i had the room the kitchen sink stopped up on me i went down stairs and told barry he handed me a plunger he wanted me to take care of it he was to busy. I had to use this plunger every day for a whole week. This place is suppose to be pet free it wasnt next door to me was a huge dog. The swimming pool and hot tube was filthy didnt get to enjoy that. It was the end of my vacation i go to check out they had a big supprise for me that i owed 150.00. For the difference which i thought was taken care of. They told us they wouldnt refund any thing that we would have to pay. This hotel is run down not worth the visit, watch out they wont refund any money or make any adjustments. The maid service was lousy as she only cleaned the room twice. Dont go here unless you want a big surprise and a messy room for your vacation.
