The planes may be new and the price good - but don't expect ANY help from customer service when you have trouble.
We were cancelled two times over two days in Orlando. Then we agreed to fly out to a different adn further airport on the third day. The flight was listed on time at the gate and then less than an hour before take off we were told the plane was delayed and still in Syracuse NY. It left 5 hours later (at 1 am) We had them switch to another airport even further away. And now to top it all off we don't have our bags and have not been able to get through to the airport baggage.
No you will not get any help with a hotel. If they can't rebook you, all you will get is a sorry.
