WARNING TO ALL SOUTH FLORIDIANS This company is a bonifide scam. And as all scammers - they are one sleezy, fast talking bunch. I signed up under a hard sell environment in there office after verifying mulitiple times that I could back out within 3 business days if my research to be done at home was questionable. I got home and immediately saw them all over the web as scam artist. I faxed and called within hours of sign up in their office. I've now spent 4 full days battling this and I've yet to receive an answer - never mind a refund. One big run-around, no one returns calls. Melissa, the office manager just keeps saying she'll 'research' the issue. Solomon Arroyo, owner is reportedly in Cancun and can not be reached - no one is authorized to give his contact info. Our saleman, Paul, claims he's only been there for 9 days when i tried to get his assistance. Their accountant, Ryan Patton, has not returned my call though Melissa told me 2 days ago he would call me. The list of failed attempts goes on and on. My credit card advised me to cancel my card to avoid Elite Getaway from making further charges.
I've contacted BBB and am going to pursue with State, Bank of American and any other association that will help me to get a full refund, damage and stop them. If anyone have further info or help for me
