Buyer Beware!!! Us Auto Solutions will steal your money and the rep Ryan will do the dirty work!
I purchased an service contract from a rep by the name of Ryan and American Auto Shield. I had seen a television commercial one night that made me interested. Ryan told me how great the coverage was. How I would never have to worry about repairs anymore. Little did I know he was full of BS! I asked him to please send me a sample contract to review, but do to Us Auto Solutions "special tv promotion" I was going to end up paying an extra $1100 if I didn't purchase it the same day. I agreed to my dismay. Now that I see the contract I want my money back. Unfortunately there is no customer service department at this Us Auto Solutions! When I call the voicemail that you end up at is for some debt help center! They never answer the phone or call you back.
2 weeks after leaving voicemails I finally get a call back from no other then... Ryan. I tell him I want my money back. He says that unfortunately its past the 30 days into the contract and I am not eligible for a full refund. I told him I had been trying to cancel for weeks but nobody would answer the phone. He said that there was nothing he could do for me except give me a pro rated refund. WHAT BS!!! If they had answered the phone I wouldn't be in this mess!
This made me do some research. Come to find out, the owner of Us Auto Solutions Dean Sundrla is running a bunch of SCAM companies all out of the same office. He has a debt scam, a tax help scam and now an auto warranty scam. What a joke! I have contacted the attorney general, the bbb, and the ftc in an attempt to get this business shut down before the scam anymore people!
"Now I know that Us Auto Solutions was just selling the polices for American Auto Shield and the American Auto Shield had nothing to do with this transaction. My only complaint with American Auto Shield is that they allow SCAM companies like Us Auto Solutions to continue to sell policies for them. Come on guys, the bad image rubs off on you to."
