Westgate contacted me about the 2 night, 3 day getaway to Orlando for $59. I agreed, received the package of information and changed my mind. They told me I was requesting a refund after the 14 day grace period and therefore it was not refundable. I escalated it and wrote a letter to their corporate complaint office. I was promptly contacted and in no uncertain terms was told I could kiss my $59 goodbye because they would not refund the money. I asked to escalate and she stated I couldn't go any higher... She was the ultimate decisonmaker. I own Marriott timeshare and just learned a lesson... Clas is class and trash is trash!
