Today was indeed an education as I attended Sundance Vacations "No Obligation" presentation about their wholesale discount vacations. First they lured me in after signing up at Six Flags last weekend, I specifically asked there would be any high pressured sales tactics to purchase a vacation or timeshare and they assured me that there wasn't, they even said that I should leave my check book and credit card at home as this was an information session only. Well guess what. I did leave all temptation for impulse buying at home, much to their shagrin.
After the presentation is over, there were at least 6 salespeople that literally swooped down into the room to speak to you one on one, you are then escorted into a large room with Caribbean music playing, just in case you weren't in a festive mood.
The cost of their SCAM is $15,000 for 25 pre-paid vacations, but if you act today, you get to pay ONLY $12,000. They insist on getting your credit card info or your checking account number. If that's too much there is a payment plan of $4000 down with $195 monthly pmts at 16% interest.
Don't bother to waste your time with this one, I did it for you. Oh, there is NO Jeep to be won either. That was the bait!!!
