I had Booked a cruise for febuary. Online Carnival states a "Best Price Guarntee" It states that they have the lowest price that u can book online compared to any other place you can book to travel with them. And if you find a lower fare threw someone else to travel with them within 24 hours they will match that price or refund the difference. Well I was looking on southwestern airlines website and you can book with carnival with them. It was a $300 difference. Their rates were cheaper than booking right threw carnival. So i contacted carnival within the 24 hour period and stated what i found and the best price guarntee the representive i talked to told me there is no such thing and carnival does not do that.
I then replied stating that i was reading right off carnival's website and i had it right in front of me. The ady continued to tell me there was no such thing and they did not do that. I told her that was false advertisement and fraud. She continued to state it was not and carnival does not have a best price guarntee. I told her they being reported to Florida Business breu. And i will be contacting main office she did not seem to care. So dont believe ever thing carnival advertises on the website and mainly their bet price guarntee
