PLEASE stay away from Donna Franca Tours. I have copies of all the email correspondence and the blatant lies are rampant. They (a certain person working there), says he booked, then he didn't book. SWORE he didn't have our credit card, then a flight gets booked - a non-refundable flight! How was that done WITHOUT a credit card I ask?!!!
Just too many inconsistancies and bold face lies. The travel experience should be one of pleasure when you're paying a travel agent a fee and they get a commission - it certainly is NOT with this "tour" company. Don't be fooled with their years in business. STAY AWAY, there's soooo many more reputable agents out there.
