Sold my tickets without allowing me to present any ID. I Made a reservation for my wife and I. When I received the emamailed confirmation it was the wrong first name. They refused to change it! Why not put the name down as presented on an actual legal document and stick with that. One should not sell a ticket without legal proof of name before requiring that at a later date. (both current and future proof should be required not allowing for screw up on either end).
