An Employee Annie that works for Hale Kai charged my credit card for a stay that I did not stay or even been to that property. Annie said that she would send me two airline tickets and a 9 day stay at that resort for my upcoming trip. I never recieved the tickets or any tracking number she claimed to have sent them. My credit card was charged and a receipt was sent to me and the receipt had another persons name and adress on it for a prior stay that has already stayed their for 5 nights using my name and credit card to pay for. I talked to Hale Kai on many occasions trying to resolve this and Michael the manager of accounting said just report it to your credit card company for fraud. So beware of doing business with this resort because they are not willing to back their employees that do fraud.
