I called for information about a "free" cruise and decided to reserve it by paying $199. The offer seems genuine and it looks like a good vacation package, with good bonuses. However, I have two little kids and they are not too fond of traveling so I decided to cancel my package. When I called they told me that my money is not refundable. I don't think they told me that when I purchased the package over the phone. They also offered the option of extending my package but I would have to pay more. The extension was for a year but I needed at least four to have my kids out of their toddler phase.
I saw another post about this same problem. Is it possible to get the money back? Was there a small print somewhere I did not read?
Thanks,
