I used to do business with Alamo, but they have changed. I tried to pick up my car at the Ilikai hotel in Honolulu, and it was NOT there, and they was no cars left. I spoke to the manager at the counter, and she said ever since Alamo outsourced its reservation center to India they have had many problems. She said"you do not know the half of it"."The people in India book wrong dates, wrong cars, names, cancel reservations that were made on the internet. "No more Alamo for me and National Rent A Car has the same problems because they are the same company. So if you want to actually have a car waiting for you —STAY AWAY from Alamo/National. Aloha.
