My husband and I really thought we were getting a good deal with this package. We have had nothing but heartache and hassle. At first we got it extended so we could travel at a later time, but were not told that this extension didn't include an extention on when the final payment was due.
So when the payment was due, they called us threatening us and being very very rude and ugly. Final we got on talking terms and Moreen Argyros told us there had been coplaints about the cruies we had purchased and for a couple hundred dollars she could upgrade us to a better cruise. Unaware of their reputation, we fell for it.
We did set up our vacation, knowing the stress and problems we had had I called months before we left to verify our vacation and to ensure that we still got our disney tickets that were promised to us. The lady I talked to verified our travel arrangements and assured us that we would receive our tickets.
I went ahead and purchased additional tickets for our kids online, Upon arrival in Orlando we learn that our package doesn't include disney tickets. I called and talked to Justin Williams at ext 4321 and he said their was nothing he could do. He was very unreceptive, and totally unwilling to help or do anything.
We tried to be financially smart on this vaca and wouldn't be going to disney if we weren't already getting 2 free tickets. This totally ruins our family vacation. We have had nothing but stress and agrevation from this company!
Nothing has been what they promised, not hassle free, not quality hotel, not getting all items promised, constantly being drained for more money.
Stay away!
