I booked a mini vacation package with travel jolly, over the phone using the toll free number on the internet. The mini vacation package offer was for 129.00. The package was for a 3day 2night stay at a comfort inn, and 2 free theme park tickets in Orlando. I made the arrangements December 1. Upon my arrival on December 24, I found out that there was no reservations made for me at the hotel, and the location for the tour to get the free tickets was closed on the day of the tour. You can imagine my disappointment. Because I am a single moher with two children, and I was trying to provide them with a nice Christmas at Disney World. When I checked my bank statement, I found that travel jolly did not take the funds out of my account, but it was Summer Bay. I need to know how can I rectify this situation.
