JD&T admits using fax broadcasting and has been sued several times under the TCPA. Their name does not appear in the faxes, and the sales phone numbers rotate weekly. Phone operators are coy about the name of the company. Would like to compare notes on names used in the time-share pitches, and any other contact with this outfit, as may be useful in pending lawsuit. Respond to.
