I was searching the internet for a cheapest price to travel to Brazil, Sao Poaulo and I stumble upon this travel agency online site.
I made my booking with the travel dates requested and filled it out the information requested with my credit card number and all details.
The same day Nice called me and asked me to send more information by fax and I had to provide them my credit card copies and driver;s license???
I got my ticket by mail and travel to Brazil, then I discovered that my trip was charged twice, I called them many times and they assure that sent me the credit back, although my credit card company does not see this credit.
I could not dispute this charge since they say the company sent them information of my purchase, gut I just purchase one ticket, not TWO. This was back last year and I filled a complaint with BBB against this company.
