In Europe, don't ever use this airline - if they can't take you to your destination you have to pay yourself, lost luggage, delayed luggage - nothing from this company - need something to drink - you have to pay, even water. At the airport - no flight - you need a hotel - pay yourself, they don't pay anything - something good? Only they are cheap - and blacklisted all over Europe by consumers organisations - so if you want to fly cheap, remember it's on your own risk.
