I ordered a round trip ticket for my wife, Ruth Foster, from Cheap Tickets over the net. I never received the tickets or a confirmation E mail as they said I would. Several days before her flight I tried to contact Cheap Tickets and was on hold for two hours. I called the northwest airlines and was told they had her name in their computer. We arrived at Hartsfield Airport in Atlanta, GA. And was given a boarding pass. When the plane loaded she was not allowed on because she did not have a hard copy of the ticket. She had too go to another airline in order to fly to Kansas City on that date.
