Car reservations made through hotwire are NON-refundable. There is a good reason for this, they are EXPENSIVE like 16% more expensive. The best deals can be found by contacting rental car agencies directly by phone. I guess Hotwire needs to stay in business somehow. They would not even talk about their high prices on the phone. First and last time for me.
