Value Plus - Vacation Passport
Abuse, ripped me off, fraud

Value Plus and Vacation Passport took money from credit card without my authorization. I don't even know who these companies are.

I immediately called my credit card company and they told me to contact the merchants. I did that. They were rude and told me I authorized it.

I don't know what else to do. Can they keep charging me every month? If so I need to cancel my credit card. These people are frauds!

I don't know if these companies are travel agencies or what.
