This is outrageous and should be illegal. I never authorized the use of my credit card to this company. It was from some business cards I ordered in December through Vista Print. I had wondered in February who this company was, but thought perhaps it was a one time charge, then when I saw it again in my March statement I became concerened. When I googled the name of this company I found many complaints from others in the same situation.
I contacted PTF and told them I never authorized these charges and they told me I had accepted this when I made a purchase with Vista. I think this is unlawful and unacceptable. Unless I type in my credit card number into a merchants website my credit card information should not be transmitted by accidentally clicking on some box.
I will never do business again with Vista Print. I called my credit card company and have filed a dispute against the charges for January and February. They have removed the March charges. I will be checking my statements very carefully every month now and will be subscribing to receive credit reports to ensure no other fraudulent activity is occuring.
I hope that someone will file a class lawsuit because I will be the first to sign up.
