I have tried to book on line to the above mentioned company for our honeymoon in Maldives in January. The confirmed to me the place and requested payment in full through bank transfer. After payment was done (in October this year) they still do not release my voucher even if I have sent them several emails and phone calls demanding them to send me the voucher.
They keep saying they had "x" problems and keep repeating that they will check and come back to me. They never do.
I have found out that there are at least 10 other who happen to be in the same situation (from tripadvisor.com).
Do not book through the online holidays! I will not stop until I get my money back and ruin this company!
