I too bought a membership from United Vacation Network during a presentation held in Raleigh, NC on Dec. 13th of last year. I hadn't got a chance to use this membership until upon visiting the site to check on cruises I saw all of the consumer complaints. I bought a membership to the tune of $4000. The person that was doing the presentation gave us all of these agencies that could back their legitimacy. I would like my money back also. Please contact me if there is a class action suit being filed or help me in retrieving my money back.
