Company promised vouchers for food and gasoline which were not honored fully.
There wasn't any cancellation policy for us.
We tried to book a three day two night trip to Las Vegas. The times given us would give us one day in Las Vegas with very poor hotel location. We were told this was a $1200.00 value.
We called to obtain information about a Carribbean Cruise in February. The prices quoted were no cheaper than information obtained from a travel company in our home town. Also, we would have company travel provided from our local town company, but not united vacation network or what ever name they are currently using. Where were the big discounts promised?
We were promised extra perks if we signed on the dotted line the night of the presentation.
We paid $3396.50 on November 15. The grand total of $6,495.00 is to be completed in a total of 60 payments at $54.12 per month. Plus $189.00 as an annual fee to keep membership active. We were told we could will this membership to any family member. Just keep mailing in the money currently to Capital Financial. Having a problem keeping track of all the different names that are used.
Because of false advertisements, lots of promises, and not having a cancellation policy, we feel it is necessary to ask for a refund of our monies.
