Took 5-yr trial run with United Vacation Network (UVN). Tried to book several areas out west: Yellowstone (or close), Deadwood, SD. Told nothing available at any time. Finally settled on Cape Cod, MA and had the worst sub-standard accommodations we've ever been in. We requested handicap for my husband (100% disabled) and at the time, I was also on crutches. We did not get a handicap room. Rec'd Invoice from Capital Financial but had no idea what it was for. After much communication we found Capital Financial is the collection arm of UVN (which is no longer in exists) but is now called Travel Services or Travel Services USA. They sell themselves as "Travel Agents" but we have been stuck doing all the legwork. Both UVN and Travel Services refer us to the website of RCI. We paid, up front, for a Travel Agency and expect them to be one. UNV, Travel Services, etc. Should be doing the locating and booking. We lost our free weekend in Reno due to the very tight regulations which accompanied that offer and there just isn't any customer service at UVN or Travel Services. It's very time consuming to try to book travel through this service. We do not recommend this company!
