Unadvertised charges and rules and regulations... Costing in expenses after initial payment, then to get item redeemed then reimbursed 3 weeks after using

The offer was for $59 trip. The discription did not say there was a fee before they could send an acknowledgement of $35. Then when they send us the voucher # there is another feel before we could even book our trip. Then they would reimburse us the money 3 weeks after the trip. There is no written information up front of this. So basicly if we knew this up front we couldnt have booked because we dont have enough upfront money to put down on a trip of $59. This was a gift from hell... Bad part is, we paid the $59, $35 but now they want more... So if we dont keep going we lose this money, but if we do, we could still be ripped off and be out more money... What can we do? I will tell you what, tell everyone we know they are rip off artists.
