I flew R/T from Ac to Ft. Lauderdale this week.
I was in the airport last night, and the people were ready to go at the gate... Problem was... The crew was nowhere to be found! The pilots had boarded and started their job, but the attendants were busy chatting in some seats at another gate, just across the way! Blah, Blah, Blah, with 200 people waiting to get to their destination! How about doing what you are paid to do???
So, we finally board and get in the air. The passengers are then notified that they have to PAY FOR WATER if they want a drink! Not only that, but they DON'T ACCEPT CASH! I would be more than happy to pay an extra TWO DOLLARS for my flight if I were able to get a glass of water while in the air! Bad business! I was in a window seat, row 9F... DOESN'T recline!!! In order for me to get a drink of water, I had to get my credit cards, which were in my bag stowed in the overhead! So I sat in my seat that didn't recline, mouth dry as a bone, dehydrating the whole way home! Their "spirit" is non-existant and the next time I will choose to go out of Philly! I am done with Spirit!
