Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando / Fort Lauderdale Vacations
Too good to be true holds true Fort Erie Flordia

I am a student, with a big heart, but not aparently a big mind. I was mailed a 1600 dollar "travel voucher". I read further that I would recieve 3 nights of gold key award winning accomations, round trip cruise, guided tour, 2 more nights of wonderfull gold key accomindations, and all with 7 day alamo rent a car during this dream vacation.

I am lucky enough to have a very great and 'nosey' mom. She researched the statutes and sections of Code under florida law. The Florida Sellers of Travel act states that within 30 days of payment it is unlawful to refuse a refund regardless of the stipulations, such as a recorded agreement. It also is unlawful since only a verbal agreement was made and is inadmissable in court. If you only made a verbal agreement and not a written one then you are entitled to the full refund.

I am going to call up the customer service center very soon and get my money back. This is a leson for all of us, if its too good to be true, its to good to be true!!! These people are SICK and DECEPTIVE and should be arrested, punished, and so much more.

Taking advantage of elderly people, young people, newly weds, and the general public? I truly hope you get your vacation soon!

I hope this helps everyone that needs it.
