My fiance'and I purchased a "luxury vacation" package in October of last year and have been making monthly payments. I decided to look up their website to see if there are any pictures and came across this website.
After reading all of these horror stories I was very scared and wanted my money back. We can barely afford this vacation as it is let alone paying extra "hidden" charges.
I called RPR and they agreed to cancel the payment plan but would not refund our money. I was told it was transferrable. I'm not going to sell a potentially horrible experience to someone else!
I need help! What can I do to get my money back!
