Harbor Resort Management Group
Liars, Thieves, Total Scam Artists

We went to Las Vegas to get married. After a full day of traveling from the east coast we went for a short walk to see some sights. We were approched by a guy offering free show & dinner tickets if we would go with him to a timeshare presentation. We were driven there, taken to a room where so many people bombarded us with unbelievable offers that we gave in and told them we would purchase a timeshare with Interval International. It was the end of their work day, they kept rushing us, and we were so tired we signed papers I know we shouldn't have signed. They also had us fill out an application for a Bank of America credit card because of the great rewards we would receive.

Upon returning home we found that we could not afford this, so we cancelled within the 120 hour time period via registered mail. We thought everything was cancelled because we did not receive a deed or any correspondence from them. A month later we received a credit card statement from Bank of America with the total of $4,995.00 for the timeshare purchase. We tried so many times to reach someone at Harbor Resort, by calling and leaving messages and by faxing them. We never received a return reply.

Now we have disputed the charge with Bank of America but they told us there is nothing they can do. Since we never actually paid any cash and never gave them permission to charge the amount to a credit card we feel it is Bank of Americas responsibility to go after Harbor Resort. I just pity everyone who is going through this.
