CheapTrips guranteeds a full refund if you are not satisfied with their service within 30 days and if you follow their return instructions. Within a week of receiving their information I returned it for a refund as directed.
After several days I called to check the status and was informed they had received my return and I would receive my refund on my next credit card bill. It was not, so I called again. They said it would be there in 10-15 days. It was not, so I called again. They said it would be there in 3-5 days. It was not, so I called again. They again said 3-5 days.
I asked if they could guarantee that and they said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said she was on another line. I think they have had more than enough time to issue my refund.
