Al And Travel - Tom Russell Paid $500 to R.I. T to sell my timeshare and turned out to be a scam Ripoff

This time last year I paid R.I. T $500 to sell my timeshare. Before I paid the company, I had Tom Russell and Donnie Holiday SIGN a document confirming that if my timeshare did not sell or rent and did not receive an offer, I would receive a full refund. Not only did I not receive an offer, but I tried over 50 times to get a hold of this company and never heard back. It started out that they would not return messages ranging to the phone numbers not even existing. My last call was 2 weeks ago and it went to another company. I would love to nail their asses to the wall and sue the shit out of them if anyone is interested. I have Tom Russell's signature and loads of correspondence in a file to help the cause. Please advise.
