United Vacation Network failed to provide me with my free cruise after two follow-up requests. The cruise consultant failed to respond with a quote and has yet to call me back. When I called back to inquire I was placed on hold for 35 minutes and I eventually hung up.
I have since faxed and mailed a certified letter demanding a full refund. My justification is that though I have passed my 3 day "Buyers Right to Cancel" window, I am canceling within 3 days of my first and only attempt to utilize the service, which gives me evidence that they are not what they say they are. My atty says I have a case. Anybody else been successful in this arena?
