Company tries to cllect depth that have been paid, for more than nine years. Keeps sending letters and affecting my credit Ripoff Utah

The account That they refers to, was paid as I mentioned before almost nine years or more. They have been affecting my credit for the past nine years. For some time they stopped the letters for a while and for some reason they started again. I acctually do not know what to do. It's a credit card from Citibank. That card have been cancel almost the same time that was paid.
