Ramada Vacation, Imperial Majesty Cruise Vacations
Ramada vacation, imperial majesty cruise vacations lied about luxury cruise, great accomodations, activities on 40 year old boat, worst vacation i ever had and paid triple what i could have booked on my own for much better!

My initial payment was $498. Told it was 3 days, 2 nights in Ft. Lauderdale; 2 night cruise on Regal Empress to Nassau, Bahamas; $50 Matchplay in ship's casino; choice of rental car for 7 days, or gas reimbursment up to $100., or 2 two day passes for Universal Studios; 4 days, 3 nights in Orlando; coupon booklet valued at $3500 for Orlando.

We picked up our car (didn't choose the car, took what they gave us) ended up paying $77.00 when we turned in the car as they only paid $68.00 for the 7 days!

We stayed overnight at the hotel, went to a timeshare and drove to the ship. The ship was a 40 year old, small ship, our room was walking room only on one side of a very old double bed; we had to stack our suitcases on top of one another; the so called bathroom was so discusting and so small you couldn't even undress in it to shower, which was so small you couldn't close the curtain or it would touch you as you tried to clean your body; there were rust stains on the floor; exposed pvc pipes to the toilet... Totally unbelievable!!! DON'T GO BY WHAT THEY SHOW YOU ON THE WEBSITE!

There was no hairdryer; I even called to see if they had one we could use and they had none. (I ended up buying one in Nasua for $29.00 AFTER LOOKING IN DOZENS OF STORES)
The shipped rocked constantly; NO SMOOTH SAILING ON THIS SHIP EVER!

The casino they advertised was a so small AND not much variety of slots, IF YOU COULD GET ON ONE! And the match play was only for the blackjack table. Activities were a pool and a jacuzzi on the small crowded deck; no music and dancing, and everything closed at 2 AM. Eating was in the dining room at specified times, NO ROOM SERVICE (not that you would have anywhere in the room to eat), and hot dogs, hamburgs on the front deck.
Believe me this was no cruise I ever expected or would ever take even if they paid me to go! Phony, NOT EVEN CLOSE to what they show in the videos they show you on their web site.

I even had to pay for a night when we got off the ship at their hotel; even though it was supposed to be 2 nights free.

It is a complete scam from beginning to end; don't waste your money. Your out of pocket costs ARE FAR MORE THAN THE $498.

If I owned this ship I would put it to rest and couldn't sleep at night selling this package to unsuspecting, trusting people.
I don't know how they get away with the false advertising and how they can continue to steal people's money and stay in business!

If you have someone call you and mention imperial majesty hang up! Or you will be here complaining like me!
