First day there the room was filthy and filled with mold. Along with terrible management, we could not get out room changed and were simply told to get over it and just enjoy the trip. They moved us into thier time share hotel and it wa equally as bad. We were pressured ans harrassed into purchasing a time ahre for over 2 hours to the piont where I bacame ill as a hypoglisymic and high blood preasure individual. The she was built in 1955 and was so horrible and filthy we didn't even go on our excursion to the bahamas. We paid for our 4 nights instead in a hotel out of our own pocket. Upon checking into the ramada in orlando it was just as terrible. I will send pictures of all. We were told we had a free car for 7 days I apis for an upgrade of 193.00 and didn't get it. We didn't even have a car for us as promised and spent the day going back and forth to the airport and hotel at our expense.

As a part of our so called preview vacation over 2 hours the sales rep for the times share proudly announced that they too were going to court with the ramada plaza hotel with two weeks. Mt husband and I are part of the better buisness bureau we own 3 buisneses in oxford ct. And have many recources that we intend inform including our attorneys as well. Our expences including the trip totals 1070.00 for the trip Airfair was 870.00 The car was an additional 193.00 that was never diclosed to us as well as the meals we lost for the 4 days on the cruise we did not go on. We had additional hotel expenses at the Marriott in Ft. Lauderdale of 239.99 plus tax and 3 other night of sleeping accomodations and meals involved. I have spoken to a customer Rep for the ramada plaza hotel by the name of Kin Sley he reffered me to Micheal Holley in coorprate after 45 minutes I was so called accidently disconnected. I tried several times to resolve the matter and have not received a response from anyone as yet. I will be posting my pictures of the nightmare on the internet for all to be aware.
