I tried to get rid f my timeshare in las vegas because I was unhappy. They sold it to me promising me 4 weeks of vacation. That turned out to be false. They also promised me I was getting a red week which is able to be used/traded anytime with a 45 day notice. All of this was untrue. I really bought 1 week beginning June 7th of every year and if I did not call a year ahead of time and tell them I was going to definitely use it, I would not be able to use it.
SO I saw Ed Mcmahon on those cmmercials promising to sell your timeshare. I logged on to the internet site and registered. They called me at home a half hour later and told me I neeeded to pay with a credit card over the phone. I did. I paid $450. I never got a confirmation in the mail that they had my information for what week I owned and how much I owed on it or how much they were going to sell it for.
It has been almost 2 years and it is still not sld and I still can't use it. With my job I am unable to take off the week of June 7th ever. I cannot trade this date because I don't have enough RCI "points" and a few hundred dollars they are asking. So I would also advise everyone not to buy from Eldorado Resorts, an RCI timeshare group.
