Would Not Process Refund ripoff

I was online October 2 and bought tickets for my step daughter to come from Orlando to Columbus on November 21, and return on November 26.
Within minutes of confirming the ticket, the stepmother called and said she had made a mistake, and needed the girl to fly out on the 22nd, not the 21st. I immediately called cheaptickets and told them what happened. They said we could change the tickets, but we would be charged an additional 4.99 fee.

That 4.99 fee was not a big deal, and the rep said we would get a full refund on the ticket within 48 hours, some cases within 72 hours.

I started calling them on October 10 when I had not seen the refund. They said it was "in process". I called again on October 15,19, 22,25, 31 and into November on the 3,5, 6,7, 8,9, 10,15, 22,27, 30, and again on Dec 1. I was told the refund was processed each time.

I used a debit card, and had contacted my bank numerous times about this as well, finally had to go do a reversal on them to get my money back. It was almost 2 months since they said they would give me the refund.
What a damn hassle. I will NEVER buy another ticket from them AGAIN. Ever.
