Fraudulent double billing for an airline ticket

* I tried to buy a ticket throught cheaptickets.com from Brussels to Beirut on July 7.

* The web inteface rejected my creditcard information.

* I call their customer service line and make the purchase over the phone.

The conclusion, I got double billed!
To make things worse, the airline (LUFTHANSA) cancels both tickets becuase of war situation.

* I have been calling cheaptickets since then asking for my 730 x 2 dollars back.

* till today I have not recieved anything but promises.

CHEAPTICKETS is the worst ever. They are extremely incompetent and fraudulent. Do not get tempted to buy anything from them.
