Won 3 vacation packages in Dec on e-bay with a 5 year booking time limit

In December I paid $69.95US plus shipping which was $93.17CDN each. (I purchased 3 packages) (Mexico Cancun 7 nights Vacation for 2 with Air) I was to send them a Reservation Request Form (RRF) along with $60.US for each person. I sent them $120.US for each package ($163.83CDN) times 3 packages. I am out $786. CDN all toll.

Since I had 5 years to use the packages, I didn't contact anyone until October. I tried every phone number I had for these people. I was contacted in Dec by Joanne in Barrie, Ontario for the details. She worked for WTV Sales in Barrie and explained the company was in Los Angeles, but she worked out of Canada. I cannot find any company WTV Sales anywhere in Ontario.
