Ok I have three separate experiences with Jamie's party bus AKA Let the Good times Roll. I'll explain why I was with them three times. Trust me it was not by choice.
1st experience
My good friend was celebrating her birthday and decided to go with what she believed to be a very good deal. So the night begins with the bus arriving approximately an hour late. The company has the nerve to tell my friend that she must drive to meet them and pay in full before they bring the bus. (Not know this because I would not have let this happen, but she does it. $750.00 give or take. We soon find out the reason for this.
They come around the corner with a POS bus that is suitable for half the amount of people that we arranged the "Party Bus" for. We figure we have no choice now but to make the best of it. Before getting on the bus I asked the driver and helper if my friend will be given the difference since she ordered and paid for a much larger Bus. I was told yes and to contact "Jamie".
Like the previous report shows and is spot on. They AC did not work and the CD player was broken. This is obviously not a priority. The night went on with bad driving and sweaty packed in passengers.
The next day I contact the company to ask about the refund. I could not believe what the complete idiot on the line had to say. I was told that we did not have to take the bus if we did not want it. The bus was Trashed. (there was nothing wrong with the bus). The man says that he does not think we deserve a partial refund. I was told that is what you get when you have a bunch a drunk people on a bus. I responded, " Please, explain to me how us paying for you to provide us with the desired "Party Bus" that we are permitted to drink on and the bus did not provide even one thing that we paid for except a very uncomfortable ride and also showed up late. Please explain how a bunch of drunk people can make that happen." The moron on the line had nothing to say but we weren't late and you are not on the contract so bye. Click!
2nd experience
I'm invited to go to another friends Birthday party on a party bus which I was not aware of the company. To my surprise we are on Jamie's? Party Bus? Again. This time at least they were provided with the correct bus. I did not help organize this so I didn't deal with the complications fist hand. However I came to find out that the company pulled another scam. They made promises to get all the passengers in free to the clubs which the mother of the Birthday girl had to pay. They also claimed that the bus was oh, once again? Trashed? Again, I saw the bus and nothing was wrong. They kept the deposit and refused to return calls and messages.
3rd and final experience
I rented a party bus from Cowboy's Party Bus. I can at least say I did this because I have been on this bus and it is handled very professional and is worth every penny. That being said, unfortunately Cowboy contacted me and expressed his regret hat his bus was broken down but he has another company that he can place us on. Le the good times roll. Please note that I did not know at the time that this was also Jamie's party bus.
So the day comes and once again, the bus is over an hour late. The night actually went well other than having to deal with the same scandalous people. At the end of the night to make it clear I did my own walk through with the bus driver and helpers. I asked if everything looks good. We all agreed that nothing was wrong and they will tell Cowboy that we are good on our deposit. I contact Cowboy to have my deposit mailed to be. Not to my surprise, the Cowboy tells me that he was told that we completely? Trashed the bus? LOL see a pattern. That we sliced the seats open and urinated all over. OK, I party and I party hard but I'm not a slob, nor a disrespectful idiot. I explain this too the cowboy and also explain that I did a walkthrough with the crew. I also explained that they were late. The Cowboy explains hat he believes me and he will never do business with that company again. I truly hope he made that decision because he should not be associated with scam artist like these trashy people. I did receive my deposit from the Cowboy no thanks to JAMIE'S SCAM BUS.
