On May 15 I paid called the 1-866 number in order to book my party. I booked my party for July 23. After confirming that the date and time I wanted was available, the perky attendant took my $50 payment over the phone via my debit card.
Less than a week later... I find out that my location has gone out of business. Undoubtedly, the attendant who took my deposit knew full well that they were going out of business and literally just stole my money.
The ORIGINAL CONTRACT was for a party at the Wixom, MI location near my home. The only options being offered to me are to reschedule my party for a location in Canton, MI (not NEARLY as nice a part of town as where I booked the original party!) or I lose my deposit of $50.
Do not book a party with pump it up!
They can apparently shut their doors with NO NOTICE. One of my daughter's classmates was supposed to have her party TOMORROW... She is out of luck. The day before her birthday.
