Stay away from this hotel, the owner has his head in a very dark place, answers phone from grocery store and can't tell you if your reservation is confirmed. He doesn't communicate his availability to travelocity and they book the hotel and he dis honors the booking. He did nothing to find us a comprable hotel. He said "I am not obligated to do anything" meanwhile I am abandoned in Pitts. With not a single hotel with tonight being the first game of the NFL season. He didn't care that he ruined our trip.
