On July 9 at about 3 p. M I called the Ramada hotel to make reservations for that same night for my husband and me. We were celebrating his birthday which was the next day July 10th. When I booked the reservation the employee asked if I was paying for the room over the phone with my credit card, I could not find it in my wallet so I asked her if I could pay when we arrived later that night and she said yes but it wouldn't guarantee my room.

So I then asked her if I could pay with an all access gift card which is a debit card and she said if it had a visa or master card logo then I could use it. So I went out and bought a gift card for 95.00 dollars so I call back and I pay for it. I then call then log on online to verify payment went through and seen it did, the reason I did this was I wanted to make sure everything went well because it was my husbands' birthday.

When we arrive at the hotel at about 11:40 and the employee on the front desk asks for the credit card and I handed to him and he tried to run the card and I told him no its been charge and he tells me no it hasn't so he runs the card and it comes back declined it had to because there was no money they had charged me earlier for the room. So I argue with him for 45 minutes saying I was lying that I had not paid.

He then calls security to the front desk and I ask the employee please check online or over the phone by typing the credit card number and it will give him the history of the transactions and he said fine I'll prove to u urn wrong. So he does and realize it was charge to my card he then says he doesn't know why. I then demand my key to my room and he keeps arguing he doesn't know why without and apology he gives my key and I tell him I will talk to his manager in the morning for the way he had treated me so rude with no apology.

We then go back to our the room at 12:30 by then I was in a bad mood the whole night was ruined so just when I think things cant get any worse I get I call at 7:00 am from the supervisor demanding payment. I then try to explain to her and she asked me to come down to the lobby. I ignore her request and go back to bed at 7:15 she send the same man that attended me to my door and asks me to come done and I tell him why I thought it had all been solved and he said to me " I know how u people are, your trying to scam the hotel."

I was then outrage by his comment I go down to speak to the supervisor and it just gets worst treatment after explaining to her she say " well we don't see a payment posted so will leave it at that." I was then outrage by my ruined night and morning I then asked her I want a refund she denies it she says lucky we haven't call the police. I then leave very mad to my room and 15 minutes later the police had call me once again to come down to the lobby police officer tells me I have to leave that the hotel didn't want u s there.

I then explain to him and I tell him I want a letter stating the threw me out for non payment and a police report so then he ask them to give me a letter saying why I was thrown out. I then told the officer I was going to sue them for charging me and saying they did not, calling me a liar and saying it was a scam. The police officer then offer to be a witness in the trial as he seen how devastating I was for the ruined night and day my husband and I had gone though.

I checked online that same day again and indeed it say there was a payment to the Ramada hotel ands that's the reason why am writing I want to sue the hotel thank you for your time
