I was also a victim of this rip-off. I found out about this SCAM through a newcast in my state, Colorado. I contacted the news reporter he gave me this web site. I have tried to get my money back from the company - no dice. I tried to dispute through my credit card company. They said too much time had elapsed from the date of charge even though 90 days had not transpired since the newscast. I can see from reports that a lot of you have had your money refunded. I would like to know how you got your money back. I have filed a report with the Florida Dept of Comsumer Services. Elizabeth Kenon has my case and has replied, but no promise of getting my money back.
