Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

I bought airplane tickets, then had to change the date of the return flight. I paid the $100 fee to change the ticket, only to find out at the air port, Expedia put the wrong dates down. So we had to pay another $100 for another change, that was their fault. I called Expedia, and they were rude, and would do nothing about thier error. They would not give me a refund, or allow me to talk to a superviser. They would not even give me the name of a supervisor!

I asked them to pull out the recorded conversation, to prove the date that I made the change for, and they said they did not even have that available. So they said it was my word against theirs, and that they belived the agent there, not me.

I also asked for a new confirmation e-mail to be sent with the new change, when I made it, and never received one. Some game they are playing there, thats for sure.
