In late Sept. I received a phone call promoting a "wonderful" Florida vacation. At first I was sceptical but later was assured it was "legitimate" when I received the nice package in the mail. I signed up for Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, and a Bahamas cruise. I booked 3 flights, rented a car and telephoned regularly to make sure all was in order.
I was told in mid May that all was ready to go except the Ft. Lauderdale accomadations and that an email would follow shortly. I found out today it was a SCAM!
This was supposed to be my daughters 16th surprize birthday gift from me—her single mother. You can't only guess how bad it was to tell her what had happened and that I was soooo sorry.
I have purchased my airline tickets, rental car, and entrance tickets to the theme parks. What a joke this has turned out to be!
I just wonder to any of you who worked for them—HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT!!!
