AS I read these letters about RTS, I am overwhelmed because it happened to me also. I got a call in February and heard the same thing—we want to offer you a free airline ticket and then 3 offers to 3 companies— (Free) of charge for a certain amount of time. They told me to cancel them and gave me numbers to them. I never give my bank account information to anyone and why I did this time—I am still wondering?
They charged me 4.95 for the whole thing but something seemed fishy when the guy was asking me to give my consent over the phone and when I said no to one of the offers—he immediately came back on and asked me to go forward—he was listening to me—it was a fake recording! Through this whole process I have learned some great things to help those who feel fear right about now! I did and it had to be God that they only got 5 bucks out of my account and also that I found this site! Since you are reading my story I do have some valuable information to help you and QUICKLY.
Follow these steps if you feel that this compnay has gotten your bank info—
1. Immediately put a stop payment on your account and change accounts—do not wait another day—do it after you read this article—it will only cause a minor headache instead of LOST MONEY!
2. Be very adament about not giving up—Dialing USA is easy to cancel.
3. Check with this site—the federal trade commission and read what they have to say about your identity. You can look it up by just typing in Federal trade commission. Www.ftc. Gov
4. Go and check your credit reports —you can get free ones online. They will show if anything is fishy and will also protect your credit—also you can put a red alert on your accounts and social security—to stop fraud and identity theft. These can be found by going to any one of the top 3 credit reporting agencies.
Next take a deep breath and relax—it will calm your mind.
I was fortunate to not get wacked out of 400 dollars because I was quick to do something—do not wait another day and i am sorry to the people who lost money. I was ssoooo mad I kept calling them at those numbers.
I found a number that got me straight through to an American person—No knock on foreingers - but a guy by the name of Chris was really nice and helped me. He told me that they had many complaints and that RTS is a company that is just someone who sells stuff. Chris did say if i found anything to be strange —that he would look into it and actually took my information and sent it to someone via—e-mail. It worked though I had already changed accounts—still to be on the safe side. Here is a number for people to call and it will get you through to the actual company and it will take you to a customer service line—ask for ex. 200 (the name is Chris)—tell him this information and ask him to help you—he will!
As for FLy free—stay on the line —it takes ages but someone will answer you—I got a guy from India on the line and he gave me a confirmation #—I had a good talk with him and he was nice but call this number and keep on it (and when they say will you hold on while they get your information—demand them to not put you on hold—you will never hear from them again—say no I will not be put on hold. They guy I talke d to was Mario—if that was his real name! Does this sound Indian to you???
And last but not least if you are fuming right now—have some fun with these people—I did! Get on the phone and when these people pick up after 30 minutes tell them you are Officer so and so—make something good up and then proceed to tell them that your client is next to you and has authorized you to call and to get information for the Security of the Federal Association. Just listen... Once they start their spill - say everything is recorded right now and a satellite conference if going in Washington with actual loactions being established and agents are moving in on their location—hehehheheh—these people will TRIP OUT! They start to loose their words and say hold on—I will get you some help—tell them if you get put on hold—there will be an agent at their door in seconds—heheh! If you have the gall to do this—go ahead and make some headway—scare the hell out of these people—they deserve it—they have ripped off way too many people! Demand them to stop your free offers!
But if not—do whatever it takes to save yourself and your account—I hope this has helped many people—as it took hours of research and anger to accomplish this info!
