In June we submitted a certificate to MVI for a "free" cruise/4 night accomodation in Florida vacation package. A total of $458 for deposit on hotels (refundable on check-in), and port taxes was required and we sent in. After waiting for several months for the tickets, etc., we contacted them again and were told that because of the hurricanes changes would have to be made. We were sent an info sheet with several options to choose from. After making our selection and mailing it in and waiting for another month (now October) we contacted them again and were told we would be receiving our refund in January. Feb. 2 I phoned again and was told it was still coming - by Feb. 28.in March I phoned again and the phone lines were not active. I have tried contacting them several times in several ways. How can I get my deposit of $458 U.S. Refunded?
